This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Service and Master Services Agreement.

Stripe - credit card and ACH payment processing. Stripe processes and stores your payment information pursuant to its own privacy policy. We receive transaction confirmations but do not store complete payment card or bank account numbers.
Analytics and Tracking.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) - advertising attribution, conversion tracking, and audience building for Meta/Facebook advertising campaigns.
- Google Pixel / Google Analytics - website traffic analysis, user behavior tracking, conversion measurement, and advertising attribution for Google advertising campaigns.
- Cortana AI - artificial intelligence-powered analytics and business intelligence.
Business Management.
Jobber - field service management, scheduling, invoicing, and customer relationship management for service delivery to your concrete contracting business.
Community and Communication.
Slack - community platform for client communication, program delivery, and peer networking. Messages and files shared within our Slack workspace are subject to Slack's privacy policy.
Advertising Platforms.
Meta/Facebook Ads Manager - advertising campaign management, audience targeting, and retargeting.
Google Ads - advertising campaign management, search advertising, and display advertising.
Note on Third-Party Policies. Each third-party service provider maintains its own privacy policy governing its collection and use of data. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party service providers.

Applicability. This Section applies to California residents and supplements the information contained in the rest of this Privacy Policy. This Section describes our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA").

- Inferences - preferences, characteristics, and behavior drawn from the above categories

We do share personal information with advertising partners (Meta/Facebook and Google) for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to opt out of this sharing. Global Privacy Control. We recognize and honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or device sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request for the sale or sharing of personal information associated with that browser or device.
Right to Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not deny you services, charge different prices, provide a different level of service, or suggest that you will receive a different price or level of service for exercising your rights.
Verification Process. When you submit a request to know, delete, or correct, we will verify your identity by matching at least two pieces of personal information you provide with information we maintain about you. If we cannot verify your identity, we may deny your request.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

COPPA Compliance. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13) as defined by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
